This semester, I was chosen as one of twelve seniors from Syracuse Drama to attend the Aaron Sorkin Los Angeles Symposium, where we were flown out to L.A. over our spring break to meet with dozens of alumni and see the sights the West Coast has to offer. We had the opportunity to tour Universal Studios, visit Levels Audio Studio, attend a sitcom taping, and watch a Groundlings improv performance. In addition to these activities, we met with prolific Syracuse University alumni such as Alexis Ostrander, Brian Stepanek, Rob Edwards, Terri Taylor, and more.

This experience gave me great insight into the performance industry in L.A. and allowed me to begin making connections with alumni out West, which I am looking forward to maintaining as I get ready to graduate!
